Ventahumidifier ships to all US addresses except Alaska and Hawaii by Fed EX. FED EX affords both our customers and us tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full street address for shipping. Fed Ex does not ship to P.O. Boxes

Return Policy

ventahumidifier.com/ A&B Distribution LLC will be happy to accept all returns as long as the following criteria are met:

• A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must be issued in order to return a product. Contact us at 1-888-333-8218 for return details including Return Authorization numbers. No credit will be issued for products returned without a valid RMA number.

• Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

• Only products in brand new, saleable condition, or "defective on arrival" products (non-repairable) can be returned. 

• Shipping charges are customers responsibility unless product was received "defective on arrival". 

• There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee on product returns unless product was received "defective on arrival".  No returns on "CLOSE OUT" or "DISCONTINUED ITEMS" products.
